Women's

The purpose of this Council is to bring about a better understanding of the common problems of working women by our exchange of views and information, to educate, to implement favorable political legislation on local, state and federal levels, to make known our problems and to cooperate with the International Union, UAW and other UAW regions in implementing programs in the best interest of the working women of the UAW.

The Council shall elect, every second year (odd year), the following Executive Board: Council Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Recording Secretary, Financial Secretary and 14 Members-At-Large that oversee the Committees.
