The Step Up Sourcing Workshop, hosted by UAW Region 1, is designed to provide participants with a deeper understanding of sourcing strategies across various industries, including CSIPS, Big 3, Gaming, Aerospace, Higher Ed, T.O.P., and the Public Sector. The workshop focuses on key sourcing principles such as cost, quality, risk, and delivery, helping attendees strengthen their decision-making and strategic planning skills in procurement and supply chain operations.
