The UAW Higher Education Department will hold a “Know Your Rights” session on immigration this Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at 3pm ET/2pm CT/1pm MT/Noon PT. It will include several immigration attorneys who will cover common questions among higher ed members, including rights during ICE raids,
attempts to revoke visas due to political activity, potential new travel bans, and potential changes in visa policy.
